Founded in 2010, our journey in real estate development began with a clear vision to create. It began in 2010 with a single restoration project in Fatherwadi, an 8,000 sq.ft. residential building brought back to life with precision, care, and an uncompromising eye for quality. That project set the tone for everything Rivaah Realty would become.
Founded by Shri Ronak Vijay Goda, Rivaah Realty was built on a simple but powerful belief that every family deserves a home they can be proud of, and every client deserves a builder they can trust. Over the past 15 years, that belief has driven us to deliver residential buildings, commercial complexes, and large-scale industrial estates across Vasai-Virar and Palghar.
